1. Change of Mind Returns
Because our preparation materials (including paperback books like the Victoria Police Practice Tests) contain sensitive educational content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping your materials. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect (e.g., you received the wrong book or edition):
- You are entitled to a replacement or a full refund under Australian Consumer Law.
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing us at info@sonnysccat.com.au.
- Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.
3. Return Shipping for Faulty Items
If your return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or an error on our part, Sonny’s CCaT will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. Instructions on how and where to send the item will be provided via email.
4. Refunds Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- We will send you an email notification confirming receipt.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a standard number of business days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Digital Products / Online Services: Any digital downloads, online coaching sessions, or tutoring services are strictly non-refundable once accessed, booked, or delivered.
- Used or Altered Materials: Books that show signs of being written in, photocopied, heavily handled, or damaged due to misuse will not be eligible for return or replacement.
