Fire Rescue Victoria ACER Written exam WST is a competitive exam with thousands of applicants applying. The study plan consists of understanding basic operations of mathematics, fractions, percentages, integers and basic algebra. Fire Rescue Victoria test Information
The computer based Fire Rescue Victoria Written Selection Test (WST) is in multiple-choice format, and comprises the following core subjects:
- Abstract reasoning – measures your ability to identify and complete sequences and patterns
- 35 minutes duration and 30 test items
- Numerical Calculations – measures your ability in addition, subtraction, division, percentages, algebra and multiplication.
- 35 minutes duration and 30 test items
- Literacy – measures how well you understand and interpret written passages
- 35 minutes duration and 30 test items
- Mechanical comprehension – measures your ability to understand basic functioning of mechanical devices
- 20 minutes duration and 32 test items
